HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
From receipt of order you have 14 days to return the parcel for any refund required. After the 14 days have passed you then have a further 14 days to return for any gift card/ exchanges required.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
-All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
-Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours and be of resaleable value
We may make a determination based on a variety of factors as stated above during our quality assessment process.
*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return then RSVP Clothing reserve the right to return the item back to you.
Please note we ask you keep proof of receipt for the return in the event of any issue. RSVP Clothing reserve the right to reject any return if the team have physically not received your order and the customer can not provide evidence to support the case.
(Decision will be made on a case by case basis.)
